1. The page loads a lot faster
2. I can post without a lot of drama (baby’s momma or otherwise)
3. When I first started posting to this site, I went under the pseudonym “tim-may,” and I’ve kind of retired that name, and now I am going by my new art pseudonym, “slo_gun”
4. There’s this cool little picture that I drew and scanned in for my blog which I like.
5. When someone responds to my blog they can put their own little pic on their comment! Neat!
6. Wrinzay has been pushing me to do this for years, and now I have evolved.

I hope you enjoy LJ. I'll point out, however, that the reason there is less drama there is that there is less traffic... often cases a lesser sense of community. The only people that tend to visit your site are ones that you've directed there yourself. (Yes, I realize you've directed us all there in this article, but that's not quite the same... probably only those with an emotional attachment will go out of their way to visit you.)
